About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ad Operations Executive to join our Retail Media Network team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns across leading performance and retail media platforms such as Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, and Noon Ads. This role requires strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record in campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, set up, and manage cross-platform advertising campaigns across Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, Noon Ads, and other retail media networks.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, conversions,



and efficiency metrics.
- Monitor daily performance and implement strategic adjustments to maximize results.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze user journey data, and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
Budget & Performance Management
- Own end-to-end budget management across all assigned accounts.
- Ensure accurate pacing of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
- Prepare performance forecasts, budget reports, and spend summaries.
Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on campaign performance, delivery, and optimizations.
- Present campaign insights, recommendations, and reports in a structured and skilled manner.
- Coordinate closely with sales, account management, creative, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to stay updated on best practices and product enhancements.
