Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in English language and literature for Grades XI–XII that build comprehension, critical thinking, and written expression.
- Design formative and summative assessments, track student progress, and implement targeted remediation to raise academic performance and board exam readiness.




- Prepare students for CBSE/ICSE/state board examinations and competitive assessments through structured practice, essay-writing workshops, and revision modules.
- Maintain classroom discipline, promote student participation, and use diverse pedagogies (discussion, project work, group activities) to increase engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents and academic leadership on student progress, behaviour, and improvement plans; participate in PTA meetings and academic reviews.
- Contribute to co-curricular activities (debates, dramatics, literary clubs), curriculum review, and mentoring of junior teachers to uphold teaching excellence.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Postgraduate degree in English / English Literature (MA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience as PGT English or equivalent senior-secondary teaching in CBSE/ICSE/State boards (classroom on-site).
- B.Ed or state-recognised teaching qualification and solid
