Job Description: SAS Developer
We are seeking a skilled SAS Developer with solid analytical skills and extensive experience in SAS programming. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a strong background in incident, problem, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, ensuring adherence to ETL principles and middleware strategies.
- Lead a team of developers on one or more projects of varying complexity, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee the functional and non-functional assessments for global implementations of Middleware Enterprise designs.
- Conduct design reviews and validation of dependent programs, ensuring alignment with project goals.




- Provide strong technical problem-solving capabilities and support for the team, offering guidance and coaching as needed.
- Manage issue escalation and ensure effective progress management through regular validation and reporting.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA) of deliverables to meet project requirements and client expectations.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with SQL queries using PROC SQL for reporting and analytical tasks.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of middleware design principles and will be able to effectively lead and support a development team, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
