The role




This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as ‘the best HR Technology team in the industry’. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead.

What you'll be responsible for
- Compensation System Ownership & Optimization
- Act as the functional and technical owner of Workday Compensation modules (Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation).
- Configure and maintain compensation elements, including Compensation grades, pay ranges, and packages, Eligibility rules (via condition rules, calculation fields), and compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock, allowances where applicable).
- Ensure alignment with global compensation strategies and local regulatory requirements.
- Design and configure advanced compensation features such as Proration rules, Dynamic budgets and guideline calculations, Currency conversions and global compensation logic.
