About the Role

This is not your regular “just post and go” kind of role. We’re looking for someone who understands the power of storytelling and wants to build a career in social media and content. You’ll work across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn—learning, creating, experimenting, and growing every day.

What You'll Do

Craft engaging content—from Instagram Reels to Twitter threads to LinkedIn posts.

Write attention-grabbing captions, hooks, and storytelling-based content.

Create and maintain a content calendar tailored to each platform.

Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring ideas to life.

Track basic performance metrics to understand what works - and what doesn’t.

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and content best practices.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a fresher or have 6+ months of internship/freelance/social media experience.

You’re active on Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and understand the tone and trends of each.

You’ve written content before (your own page counts).

You have a strong sense of what makes content click—whether it's a clever meme or a powerful story.

You’re a curious, quick learner who’s excited to grow in the content/digital space.

Basic skills in tools like Canva, CapCut, or any visual editing platform.
