Position: Software Engineer- 6 MONTHS extendable
- Engagement: Initial 3 months remote, subsequent on-site in Pune
- Location: Pune, India
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote initially, then On-site)

Position Overview

Seeking a Software Engineer (5–8 years experience) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern web technologies and event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js.
- Implement and optimize event-driven architectures with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL for real-time data processing and distributed systems.
- Leverage AI tools and services to enhance product features, automate processes, and boost performance.
- Mentor and guide developers, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and reusable code.
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests to ensure reliability and stability.
- Participate in peer code reviews and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (design decisions, workflows, architecture).
- Continuously assess existing systems and propose cutting-edge improvements for scalability, performance, and developer productivity.

- Proficiency in Node.js

- Strong experience in Redis
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
- Expertise in containerization with Docker
- Expertise in orchestration using Kubernetes
