Roles & Responsibility:-
- . Skill to Manage Physical and Virtual Servers in a large setting typically 600+ Servers.
- b. Server Hardware troubleshooting
- c. Knowledge of ITIL Preferred.
- d. Experience in handling Servers across multiple OS flavors.
- e. Experience on configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Clusters
- f. Experience on troubleshooting DHCP and DNS Services.
- g. Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- h. Experience in tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, addressing technical problems.i. Good Documentation Skills preferred.
- j. Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware RAID.

Key Responsibilities:
- Server Management: Oversee the management of 600+ physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server hardware issues,



providing timely solutions to maintain uptime.
- ITIL Knowledge: Apply ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Multi-OS Proficiency: Manage and troubleshoot servers across various operating system flavors, ensuring seamless operations.
- Cluster Management: Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clusters to maintain high availability.
- Network Services: Troubleshoot and maintain DHCP and DNS services, ensuring proper network functionality.
- Activity Tracking: Monitor server activity, perform software upgrades, and address any technical problems proactively.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of server configurations, procedures, and incidents.
- Hardware RAID: Configure and troubleshoot Hardware RAID systems to ensure data integrity and performance.
