Key Accountabilities

Strategic Activities
- Salesforce with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. Develop custom solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Work on Salesforce Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, data transforms, and segment definitions. Integrate AI-driven case resolution, knowledge management, and predictive service features using Agent force within Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and best practices while building advanced solutions using Flows, LWC, Apex, and AI-driven components.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, including Einstein Copilot, Agent force orchestration, and generative AI integrations.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.





Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
