As a key player in the implementation and administration of these platforms, the Workday/WorkSoft professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users. By leveraging their expertise in Workday and WorkSoft, the incumbent will help drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and contribute to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities




- Implement and configure Workday/WorkSoft modules to align with business needs.
- Perform regular system maintenance and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Develop and run custom reports and dashboards to analyze metrics and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Provide system training sessions for users and create support documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and recommend enhancements.
- Manage integration with external systems and third-party tools.
- Monitor system updates and developments to stay current with industry best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements.
- Assist in change management processes and user acceptance testing.
