Job Summary

We are hiring a highly experienced Garage Foreman with robust hands-on expertise in motorsport and high-performance vehicle tuning. The role requires deep technical mastery of Japanese performance engines, particularly TB48DE and 1FZ, along with the ability to manage workshop staff and deliver precision work without supervision.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Work actively in vehicle tuning, performance upgrades, and motorsport preparation
- Supervise and manage garage technicians and mechanics
- Act as a hands-on foreman with strong mechanical and leadership skills
- Perform general mechanical tightening, assembly, and advanced engine work
- Diagnose mechanical and performance-related faults accurately and efficiently
- Independently handle engine modification, assembly, tuning,



and calibration
- Ensure high-quality execution of all technical work
- Oversee race car preparation and special performance projects
- Maintain strict compliance with workshop procedures and timelines

Salary-82000 INR Per Month

Requirements
- Total Experience: Minimum 10+ years (mandatory)
- Gulf Experience: Required (previous UAE workshop experience mandatory)
- Motorsport Experience: Minimum 10 years in motorsport / high-performance tuning (non-negotiable)
- Engine Expertise:
- TB48DE – Expert level
- 1FZ – Expert level
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Proven capability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues

Practical proof of motorsport and tuning experience must be provided upon request.
