Description
- 7–10 years of experience in Workplace Transformation, Datacenter Transformation, Microsoft 365, and Identity (AD / Entra) migration
- Experience in architecture design (HLD/LLD), conducting workshops, and requirement gathering
- Experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and AD to Entra ID modernization, including hybrid identity
- Solid exposure to migration lifecycle (discovery, design, migrate, cutover) and M&A; / carve-out programs
- Knowledge of device migration (Intune), Domain Controllers, AD infrastructure, datacenter operations, and server / infrastructure modernization
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large enterprise environments
- Exposure to cloud services and concepts, IAM, enterprise security practices, infrastructure automation, and datacenter-to-cloud transformation
Responsibilities
- Must have skills –
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Active Directory (AD DS), Domain Controllers, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Tenant-to-tenant migration (end-to-end execution)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM - MFA,
SSO, SSPR, Conditional Access)
- Migration planning (wave planning, coexistence, cutover)
- Device migration (Intune / endpoint onboarding / Autopilot basics)
- Datacenter technologies including server, storage, virtualization, backup, and infrastructure modernization
- Automation / scripting experience with PowerShell and exposure to infrastructure-as-code or orchestration tools
- Experience with at least one migration tool (Quest / BitTitan / ShareGate)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Good to have skills –
- Cloud architecture / landing zone exposure and datacenter-to-cloud migration experience
- Security & governance (Zero Trust, Identity Protection, RBAC)
- Automation / scripting (PowerShell, basic Python) and exposure to infrastructure automation frameworks
