- Establish organization end user change management as an integral part of all digital initiatives, along with a team of change managers.
- Identify opportunities for initiatives, and design and drive change management strategy and roadmap based on leadership strategic vision, global trends, experience gaps etc.
- Manage the Tech Stop (Walk-up IT support experience) and Tech Partners certification (L2 IT support) program end-to-end, while defining and executing the roadmaps in partnership with the Regional IT teams.
- Partner with Employee Experience and HR Digital capabilities to define an employee centric change approach, branding and positioning of its key programs.
- Work with project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and its impact. Understand the significance of changes within the functional areas to provide information and recommendations regarding expected and realistic organization impact.
- Define KPIs with the program teams to ensure realization of ROI with adoption and user acceptance.




- Conduct an initial organizational assessment through persona analysis and focused interviews, to determine the position of the business, and conduct ongoing reviews to facilitate alignment
- Create change management plans while incorporating established standard tools and procedures, and monitor to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts
- Partner with Global & Regional Change and Communication Leads (Regional CIO org) to ensure understanding and alignment with Global change approach and execution requirements. Seamless coordination to deliver effective localized communications
- Drive out specific change tasks and deliverables and facilitate organizational change events when required (for example, impact workshops, open days & webinars).
- On-board, mobilize and engage champions for regional and country level adoption of strategic applications
- Measure effectiveness of plans and adjust where necessary. Report
