We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and enhances our digital presence. Identify key platforms, target audiences, and engagement strategies to grow our following and engagement.

• Content Creation and Management: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.





Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Develop creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

• Community Engagement: Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content for maximum impact.
