The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst will support the APAC leadership team by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business insights to drive strategic decision-making. The role involves consolidating regional financial data, partnering with country finance teams and business stakeholders, maintaining financial reporting systems (Essbase/Hyperion), and enhancing reporting processes through tools such as Power BI. About The Role:
- Support the APAC leadership team by delivering timely financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports, annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze regional financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Partner with country FP&A; teams,



Financial Controllers, and key stakeholders to meet reporting and planning requirements.
- Support financial reporting and consolidation for regional and global finance teams.
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems, including Hyperion/Essbase, and ensure accurate system mapping.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the APAC FP&A; team as required.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, multinational workplace while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial deliverables to support business objectives.

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA or CPA qualification preferred.
