Accountabilities:
- Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Triage,



analyze and resolve SAP FI/CO issues reported by business users; identify root causes and deliver fixes that improve stability, control and user experience.
- Change and Enhancement Delivery: Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage testing and deploy enhancements that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
- Integration Ownership: Lead and optimize p2p to fi and fi to Sotc integrations; ensure interfaces, Idocs and Z developments deliver reliable, reconciled, end-to-end financial data flows.
- Collaborator Engagement: Partner with finance, procurement and operational teams to capture requirements, set expectations and provide timely progress updates and user guidance.
- Quality and Documentation: Produce clear functional specifications, test plans and user documentation; support knowledge transfer and adoption.
