What you’ll do
- Operational Management: Plan, schedule,



and deliver test work while utilizing results and process knowledge for conceptual design of process and slurry handling solutions incorporating Weir Minerals products and external technologies. Manage day-to-day test facility operations ensuring delivery on time, within cost, and quality targets.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with customers to understand test requirements, oversee test reporting, and support product development teams with prototype assessment and virtual method development.
- Collaboration & Networking: Drive collaboration with customers, Weir regions, universities, and knowledge platforms to access best available knowledge and innovation.
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide effective leadership and technical direction to the Weir Technical Centre test team, fostering solid morale, clear goals, and a culture of continuous improvement.
