The Opportunity
Provide structured support to Solution Consultants in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design activities, with a defined growth path to independently lead requirement discovery and own solutioning for scoped modules/use cases. Act as a bridge between functional consulting and execution, translating business requirements into solution approaches. Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation, progressively taking ownership of deliverables. Contribute to solution design for maintenance and operations use cases (work order execution, inspections, permits, mobility enablement).
