- Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and software
- Explaining technical terms and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+3 years Diploma or Any Graduation
- Fluency in Hindi and English

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of computer/laptop hardware
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical terms
