Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in Django to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and enhancing product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize system performance, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for Dashna using Django and related technologies.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for Dashna to support frontend services
- Ensure seamless data flow between Dashna and Walmart's APIs.
- Work with large datasets to build efficient data pipelines and processing systems.
- Develop algorithms and automation tools to optimize advertising
- Optimize database queries and system architecture




- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of qualified backend development experience.
- Extensive experience with Python and the Django framework.
- Experience with architecting AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS)
- Experience architecting data heavy applications.
- Experience with Dev Ops including CI/CD tools

Good to have:
- Previous work on analytics platforms or advertising automation tools
- Knowledge of React
- Proficiency with Docker
- 8+ years experiece
