Hands-on experience on designing and development of custom solutions using the
SFDC platform
-  Experience in Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, Customizations, Apex (Synchronous and Asynchronous), Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Lightning components
-  Experience in Rest APIs and SOAP
-  Experience in deployment using GitHub, Jenkins, Ant etc.
-  Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality delivery by providing transparent requirements and direction Conduct planning and break-down of user stories to task level
-  Provide input for effort estimates, timeline, and solution components
-  Review deliverables and be responsible for Quality of project deliverables
-  Provide guidance on technical challenges to development team
-  Work closely with Scrum team,



provide day-to-day oversight on delivery aspects across the multitude of work streams for the program
-  Bring in expertise related to Integration through Azure and MuleSoft
-  Migration, experience with Salesforce APIs, and release management

Must have:
- PD 2 certification: The Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification is a credential developed for Salesforce professionals who have experience in implementing advanced programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform and are looking to verify their expertise.
