Job Purpose: Responsible to support the execution of strategic communication initiatives at site level to enhance employee engagement, manage the brand's reputation, and ensure effective internal and external stakeholder communication in tendam with BU's strategies. Also, liasions with creative agencies and the local media to deliver impactful communications that align with business objectives and corporate identity.



Provide inputs for reputation managemnet and updates periodically about project progress, concerns and emerging scenarios.

Site Corporate Communication Executive - Mining

Content Development:

Craft and disseminate compelling content for newsletters, dashboards, and reports to foster employee engagement and provide updates on internal developments.

Ensure all communication materials such as press and advocacy notes, white papers and factsheets reflect a consistent, targeted, and impactful message that aligns with the company's strategic goals and brand identity.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain a content calendar that addresses key messaging priorities and business objectives.

Implement branding assets at site level to enhance company reputation.
