The Role




The Technology Vendor Manager is accountable for maximizing the value delivered by external technology vendors while minimizing total cost. The role leads vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, and cost‑reduction initiatives to ensure that third‑party services support business objectives, deliver operational excellence, and meet budget expectations. The Technology Vendor Manager will report into the Head IT Business Management Office.

Vendor Strategy & Cost Optimization
- Develop and execute a vendor management strategy focused on reducing total cost, eliminating unnecessary spend, and driving commercial value.
- Perform cost‑benefit analyses, benchmarking, and market assessments to identify savings opportunities and deliver year‑on‑year cost improvements.
