Description
As a Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Production team, working closely with experienced professionals to learn and understand the end-to-end beverage production process. This hands-on role will provide you with a solid foundation in production management, allowing you to contribute to our company's success and growth.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
- Learn and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
- Help in data collection and analysis for production reports and performance metrics.




- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in production management.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 0-1 years of experience in a production setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the beverage production industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
