Title: Sales Support and Order Management Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Specific Working Arrangements/Schedule: Supporting Extended EMEA, India Timezones.





The Sales Support and Order Management Specialist serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for handling a range of activities including pre-sales quoting and post-sales order booking, ensuring that all fulfillment and compliance processes are followed. The role involves collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to support both direct and channel business opportunities. The Specialist is expected to work independently on complex issues with minimal supervision.

What you will do
- Review, enter, and book purchase orders to the Riverbed online order portal and Oracle ERP, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Process sales orders promptly to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Ensure all orders comply with established Company policies and SOX procedures.
- Generate, configure, and deliver accurate sales quotes to the sales team.
- Coordinate non-standard discount requests through the Dea
