We are looking for an experienced and strategic Suervisor to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure effective and cost-effective supply chain processes

Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate the supply chain cycle, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the supply chain teams.

3. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify and resolve potential issues.

5. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and cost control.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

7. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.

8.



Develop and implement policies and procedures for the supply chain.

9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Train, mentor, and manage staff within the supply chain team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of supply chain software and inventory management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
