Job Description: Sr. Manager/ Deputy Chief Manager – Human Resources

Job Overview
The role will play a strategic and operational role in driving HR excellence through effective HR partnering and deep expertise in Workday HCM. The role requires robust functional understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience in Workday configurations, enhancements, and system optimization.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable HR solutions within Workday. This role demands a balance of HR domain knowledge, system capability, stakeholder management, and execution excellence.

Essential Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 7+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of core HR functional processes
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as:
- Core HCM
- Business Process Framework
- Time and Absence Management
- Compensation
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Talent Optimization
- Peakon
- Expense
- Integrations
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Security Roles & Configurations

And all other major Workday HCM modules.
