A BPE:



Transportation / Logistics is responsible for driving efficiency and optimization across end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehouse management, and inventory control. The role focuses on enhancing operational performance through data-driven insights, cost optimization, and standardization.

The expert defines, maps, and implements process improvements using methodologies such as TPM, ensuring streamlined workflows, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of logistics technologies and systems. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, enabling automation, and aligning processes with business objectives.
