Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications and modules based on business needs;
- Configure Service Now workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality;
- Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now platform including troubleshooting and issue resolution;
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Service Now solutions;
- Stay updated on Service Now best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
