What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support of the Zeta DSP, programmatic campaign performance, and third-party programmatic platforms
- Review and triage support cases, escalating to Product / Engineering when needed.
- Keep clients informed of status until resolution using non-technical, customer-friendly language
- Utilize tools such as Google Chrome Developer Tools and Postman during investigation of support cases
- Author and execute SQL queries, often involving joins across multiple tables, to pull data for in-depth support case troubleshooting
- Manage collaboration and build process between cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and notification
- Draft and maintain product and troubleshooting documentation
- Participate in team owned programs such as: Platform Administration, Vendor Certification, Third-Party Ad Tag Handling, and more

What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years in a support role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field OR equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of Ad Tech industry and how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Ad Servers, Attribution Platforms, etc. work in conjunction
- Experience using DSPs including (but not limited to): Google Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Invest. Zeta DSP a plus
- Experience using tag management platforms including (but not limited to): Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch
- Some experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Intermediate SQL acumen (MySQL, Vertica, HIVE)
- Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills – you can distinguish between bad data and good data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can translate technical conce
