What's this role about?

This role is a senior-level technology professional responsible for advising our clients on topics such as digital transformation, omni-channel sales & service, product innovation and digital platform strategy. This role will be at the forefront of designing and implementing versatile, modular, large-scale retail eCommerce omnichannel technology stacks on cloud platforms by selecting and integrating best-in-class, independent "composable" components. This role requires recommending and implementing product and platform technology architectures and software delivery methodologies and practices, working with external vendors and ecosystem partners to evaluate and co-create solutions, supporting and guiding digital engineering teams on target state architecture and continuous improvements.





This role will act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, leveraging deep knowledge of Composable (MACH) Products, Cloud Infrastructure (preferably AWS), APIs, Microservices, and Headless commerce principles to craft optimal solutions across various channels.

Responsibilities

- Develop and help in implementing a holistic eCommerce vision aligned with Client’s goals, including market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification.
- Lead the development of multi-channel eCommerce strategies.
- Define the overall composable commerce architecture, selecting appropriate "best-of-breed" components from various vendors to meet specific business requirements, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
