Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering activities including *Bill of Materials (BoM), Engineering Drawings, and engineering change management such as ECN/ECR*.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of carbon pultrusion wind spar cap products and CFRP composite processes.
- Navigate the complexities of the carbon pultrusion manufacturing process.
- Apply expertise in the *APQP4Wind framework,



Six Sigma, TQM, and ISO certifications*.
- Bring creative thinking and robust problem-solving skills to drive engineering improvements.
