About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can engage with qualified leads, build meaningful relationships, and convert opportunities into clients. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

Connect with qualified leads through calls, chats, or emails.

Understand client needs and pitch our services effectively.

Maintain consistent follow-ups to close deals and achieve monthly targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
- A personal PC/Laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.

Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development is a plus.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
