JOB SUMMARY
The AI Innovation Associate contributes to the development and implementation of creative AI solutions at CAIDO Group.



This entry-level role involves researching emerging AI technologies, prototyping new applications, and supporting the team in building AI models that drive business value. The Associate will learn from experienced practitioners while developing core AI development skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in developing and implementing AI algorithms and machine learning models
• Support data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering activities
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends
• Help prototype new AI applications and proof-of-concept solutions
• Perform testing and validation of AI models for accuracy and performance
• Document AI models, experiments, and technical processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
