Location- remote as of now(Bangalore or Gurgoan)
Notice period-Immediate to 15 days)
- Title – Team Lead Talent Acquisition
- Shift Timings – 6:00 pm IST to 4:00 am IST (to cover few additional region adhoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be adaptable with time, in case this has to change in future
- Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal / external)
- Notice Period – Immediate
- Excellent Communication
- Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
- Should work independently
- Should manage senior stakeholders
- Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment
- Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
- Handle escalations, if any
- Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
- Weekly / Monthly publishing reports
