Job Description
Team Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of finance and accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development.

Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Financial Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and adherence to accounting standards.

Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
