Accountabilities:




- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex hardware development programs, ensuring delivery from planning stages through mass production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, software, marketing, finance, sales, customers, and external suppliers, to achieve program objectives.
- Develop and implement robust program management methodologies, including project planning, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular program status updates, performance reports, and escalation plans to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
