Description
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the bank's product strategy for the government business. Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for government business, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify government sector trends and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Engage with government clients to understand their specific needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure products meet quality standards and user expectations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on government or public sector business.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the government domain.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
