As an Internal IT Support Engineer, you will...become the first member of our Internal IT team in our Hyderabad office. As the in office IT presence, you will set the tone for how IT support runs locally: hands-on with end-users, methodical in your approach, and in close daily collaboration with our Belgium and North America IT teams. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently,



takes full ownership end-to-end, and stays critical of their own work — there is no local IT colleague to lean on, so sound judgement and clear escalation to the Belgium team are essential.
The role is open for candidates based in India, working as part of a globally distributed team in close collaboration with Europe and North America.

What you will work on
- Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues for the Hyderabad office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptops, printers, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure in collaboration with remote teams.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and user access provisioning.
- Manage local hardware logistics — procurement, shipping, import/customs follow-up, and asset tracking — and help build a sustainable process for the Hyderabad office.
