As a SAP - SF – Payroll - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications.



This role is crucial in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through efficient human capital management.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
