you will lead the evolution of quality engineering practices by building scalable automation frameworks, improving testing strategies, and ensuring reliability across distributed payment systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify risks, strengthen development processes, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate on test framework architecture by enhancing automation standards, improving existing frameworks, and establishing scalable testing practices across engineering teams.
- Define and execute load and performance testing strategies, including scenario design, tooling selection, baseline measurement, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain test harnesses for asynchronous and event-driven workflows, validating messaging systems, distributed processes, retries, and data consistency.
