About this Role





We are seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented individual to provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise mobile devices managed through Microsoft Intune. This role focuses on ensuring device availability, compliance, and timely resolution of incidents for iOS and Android environments. The individual will work within defined processes and escalation paths, supporting large-scale enterprise mobility operations and contributing to reliable, compliant device services.

What you will do
- Provide Level 2 support for Intune-managed iOS and Android devices, addressing device, application, email, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Support device enrolment, de-enrolment, retirement, and wipe activities across the device lifecycle.
- Configure and deploy standard Intune profiles, compliance policies, and configuration policies in line with approved runbooks.
