- Supervise granulation manufacturing activities on a shift-to-shift basis and ensure completion of documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Follow instructions related to recent machines, processes, and methodologies in compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure cleaning of equipment and production lines for Type A, Type B, and Type D cleaning during product/batch changeovers and after major maintenance activities.
- Verify the absence of previous product residues and any extraneous matter before commencing operations.
- Ensure proper status labeling of equipment and areas as per SOP requirements.
- Use and enforce the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, goggles, gloves, and masks.
- Identify hazards associated with products, machines, equipment, and tools, and implement necessary safety measures.
- Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions immediately to the concerned supervisor.
