Core Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized demand planning, supply planning, and material planning processes across regions and sites to ensure consistency and adoption of best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and analytical support to demand and supply planning teams through dashboards, reports, and scenario analysis to improve planning effectiveness.
- Support the material planning function by improving planning processes, analytics, and system utilization to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials for production.
- Analyze material planning performance including material availability, inventory coverage, and stock-out risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support optimization of planning parameters such as safety stock levels, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizing to improve inventory efficiency.
- Facilitate and support in implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process by preparing planning inputs, consolidating data,



highlighting risks/opportunities, and ensuring structured review mechanisms.
- Support implementation and adoption of digital planning tools and systems, advanced planning platforms, and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with IT and digital teams to improve planning system utilization, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of planning tools, digital platforms, and automation initiatives to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with demand planning, supply planning, material planning, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of planning processes.
- Support resolution of planning constraints, material shortages, and supply-demand imbalances through structured analysis.
