This is a full-stack finance role. You will own:

→ Controllership across all group entities — manufacturing, platform, brand

→ Monthly closures, statutory compliance, GST / TDS / advance tax

→ FP&A; — MIS, budgeting, forecasting, reporting

→ Manufacturing finance — cost per unit, OEE, yield, COGS by SKU, Inventory management

→ Brand finance — CAC,



contribution margin, ROAS, cohort LTV

→ Setting up finance systems, processes, and team from scratch

✦ Qualified CA (mandatory)

✦ 7–8 years of experience in a group with manufacturing AND brand/commerce operations

✦ Equal comfort with closing books and building business cases

✦ Someone who sees finance as a strategic function, not a back-office one

✦ Open to relocation — first few months in East and Northeast India; Bangalore from next year
