Overall Training Coordination • Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs • Responsible for driving training initiatives for stores • Ensure regular interface with store and regional team Training Execution and Effectiveness • Deliver class room training as per planned regional calendar • Conduct on-the-job training for frontline sales staff as per planned calendar • Ensure induction of all store staff up to ACM level • Execute the overall training strategy at store level • Ensure training effectiveness is captured for all programs and required corrective action is taken • Conduct behavior audits for frontline sales staff. Analysis and Reports • Training evaluations for all modules to be done and recorded as per the measurement matrix designed for the module • Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training/OJT delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues, if any
