About this Role





We are seeking a skilled and adaptable qualified to support 24/7 network alarm monitoring and carrier coordination within international network operations. This role focuses on maintaining network availability, managing incidents, and ensuring timely communication with carriers and internal teams to deliver a consistent and reliable customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Monitor network alarms and alerts continuously and acknowledge events using monitoring tools
- Raise, manage, and update incident tickets, ensuring accurate routing to resolving teams
- Perform initial troubleshooting and validate alerts through databases, NMS/EMS, and network changes
- Coordinate with telecom carriers, raise tickets, follow up proactively, and escalate as per defined processes
- Provide dedicated monitoring support for critical customers and perform regular health checks (daily, weekly, monthly)
