Job Description
- Solid experience in end-to-end bid and proposal management including prequalification submissions, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, and final proposal. Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary technical, commercial,



planning, and project teams to prepare compliant and competitive bids. Strong understanding of commercial principles including cost estimation, pricing strategies, budgeting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and contract terms.
- Skilled in interpreting client requirements, scope of work, technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to establish proposal strategies and baseline requirements. Knowledgeable in project controls fundamentals including cost control, planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and project performance reporting. Understands financial terminology and recognizes the impact of project decisions on cost, profitability, funding, and overall project performance.
