?‍? About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core, and strong practical knowledge of DevOps practices, especially in Azure and GitHub Actions environments.

You will be part of a distributed, cross-functional team working on scalable, high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who actively participates in Scrum ceremonies, takes ownership of on-call rotations, and brings a mindset of continuous improvement to both code and team practices.

? Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core.

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and deployments.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Frontend Developers.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.

Contribute to and improve team workflows through Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Work in a DevOps culture with a solid focus on build, deploy, monitor, and operate.

✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core.

Strong expertise with Azure Cloud Services and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
