Summary:

The Behavior Architect role is responsible for understanding behavioral challenges and developing strategies for addressing them. This role will also involve closely working with their counterparts in the Consulting, Data Science and Engineering teams, to ensure complete integration and alignment of work that is done by all three workstreams in a project.

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers and Designers to research and strategize AI & Analytics solutions.
- Identify key descriptive hypotheses, and approach to research, that will build an understanding of context and actors’ behavior within that context, and speculate on prescriptive hypotheses to test as prototypes
- Work within a multi-disciplinary problem-solving approach, combining the application of behavioral science within data science and engine
