As a Global US Payroll Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including payroll and benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and resolving employee inquiries. Within our People Operations practice, you will focus on executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities,



serving as a primary HR point of contact to address and escalate inquiries in line with HR protocols.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages, applying systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and drive operational excellence.
